I installed the final rudder hinge hardware, torqued and sealed all three hinge hardware, installed the two M3 screws for the tail position light and installed the rudder cables to the rudder.
The hardware provided for the rudder cable attachment to the rudder does not allow the pulley to swivel, so I'll be looking into that in the future.
