I lubed the rubber motor mounts with WD40 for ease of assembly, inserted them into the motor mounting points and inserted the metal bolt sleeves through the bushings and the cap washers. I then put a dab of motor oil on the threads per the instructions and twisted the nylon lock nuts on by hand.
