Brief Description:  Re-installing controls to reduce friction

The control tube bushings were too tight based on the relative autopilot servo torque, general feel and some additional reading I have done which reads "neglegable resistance." I started by removing the rivets from the control sticks again and trying to determine the ultimate cause of this excess friction. What I discovered was that the brackets that hold the bushings are too tight so I used a file to open them up a bit untill I felt minimal resistance.

I achieved minimal resitance with the pilot side aileron control bushings, and will work on the co-pilot side tomorrow and then the elevator control bushing mounts. I think the flap control bushings will be just fine the way they are; a bit tight, but plenty of motor to overcome the resistance, and not a manual hand control issue.
