I clecoed the seat back parts together and found that the hinge was not drilled properly, so I sandwiched it between the skin and channels, matched drilled it, and then riveted the seat back assembly together. The hinge is shown on the drawings on the outside of the seat back, but I left it sandwiched so that it would ly flat on the ends.
