I located all of the parts for the horizontal stabilizer, removed the plastic film, and deburred holes as required. I used a 3/8" drill to enlarge the holes in two of the ribs for the wire grommets. Clecoed assembly together and riveted. The rivet holes were pretty tight, but most of it was solved with wiggling the clecos. I did have to ream a few holes on the ribs.
