Brief Description: Marking hoizontal stabilizer for drilling
After the tail was carefully aligned and held firmly in the fixture, the holes were marked on the substructure then tracing paper was used to transfer the holes to a properly fitted skin. The skin could then be reinstalled on the substructure, and the skin was used as a drill guide to drill the holes in the substructure. When the skin is all locked down and ready for drilling, you can feel confident about drilling where you want because you can see the hole locations on the substructure through the pre-drilled hole in the skin
