Even with my garage air conditioners going, they cannot keep up. I should insulate it better sometime. Installed root tip rib and drilled the hole through the steel weldment and bulkhead flange. This required removing the opposite side skin to get better access and to allow centering and drilling the doubler plate. When I say centering, that is a misnomer since the doubler is a bit offset to accomodate the longeron flange that will be riveted on top of it. After the root and tip ribs were in place and firmly held, a string was attached to their centerlines to help locate the center tip rib both vertically and fore/aft (a minor amount of trimming was required to align perfectly)
