Built and installed end splice plates. Drilled the end hinges. Hinges are alined to local features. It is pointless to try to aline all the hinges at this point due to the fact that the spar is so flexible (both twisting and bending) The emphasis at this point is getting the hinges centered and located properly spanwise.
