Brief Description:  Aft seat floor rib fabrication

Began fabrication of the rear seat floor ribs. These are fabricated from .032 2024-T3. Normal form making, flange pounding, final bending, and hole fabrication and flanging.
I have yet to do the final alignment on the fuselage, so I am not yet ready to install these. I have been trimming the flanges left on the forward and aft fuselage, and looking at overall alignment. I have noticed that the reference line I have struck on the aft fuselage does not align with the reference line on the forward fuselage. This is probably because the tooling holes depicted in the aft fuselage bulkheads are not actually where the reference line is. The key is going to be to make the lower contour of the aft fuselage intersect with the aft bulkhead on the forward fuselage. That will establish the height between the two halves. Then both the forward and aft fuselage needs to be level so that the incidence between the horizontal tail and wing is correct.
