In preparation for making the forward skin and baggage door, I looked at the bulkhead flange angles and alignment to make sure the skin would fit flat when installed. As usual, I was not happy with the angles and decided to redo the 14.25 bulkhead flanges to ensure it did not cause more work down the road. (Re-doing things seems to be a theme with me) Image 1 shows the original flange. Image 2 shows the new flanges and spacer strip installed with the old ones in my hand. Image 3 shows the new flanges lay flat to a straight edge that is aligned to the firewall bulkhead.
