Continued making rudder pedal parts. The first image shows the pilot and passenger rudder pedal shafts along with the lever arms welded in place. The tee fittings will become the rear rudder pedals. These pedals can be folded out of the passenger’s way when not in use. To allow the fold-down feature, small bars are welded to the rudder shaft to permit the folding action. Image 2 shows the forming of the bars while image 3 shows the final shape of the bars. These will eventually be welded to a tube that rotates as required. (I have been waiting for delivery of the tube raw stock from Aircraft Spruce for over a month now, but they tell me that it has just shipped...yay)
