Brief Description: Lower Forward Tunnel Side Wall Rough Fit
Began working on the support walls for the lower tunnel. This starts with bending a joggle into the upper part of the wall so that the cover will nest cleanly over top later. I did this bend with an old bead roller I have had for years. I first modified the roller by adding a support that would guide the metal as I feed it in. This was an effort to minimize any curves in the final joggle. The final product is passible, but not perfect. Next I worked the lower trim lines by measuring MY firewall and spar installations. As mentioned previously, my spar final bends are close, but not exactly nominal. As a result, everything needs to be hand fitted.
