I made some aluminum extrusion attachment fittings and located the four FS:33.125 bulkhead parts on the main spar. The only thing difficult about any of this was drilling the fittings into the main spar cap. This is because I am always concerned about damaging the spars from short edge distance or some other bone head move. After the bulkhead pieces were clecoed, I shaped some .063 2024T3 to the outer contour. This will be drilled in later in the build process. All the bolt holes were reamed to a tight (but not pressed) fit
