Started work on the 59.375 bulkhead. First I created a tracing of the desired part by finding some reference dimensions on the blueprint and developing a scaling factor for the drawing distortion in the vertical and horizontal directions. Then I applied these corrections to a redrawn outline. I then used this tracing to define the cut lines on the MDF. Note: The biggest size of MDF I can fit in my car is 2'x4', so I have to make the bulkhead form in two halves then bolt/glue the halves together. The steps in making the bulkhead are shown in the attached pictures.
