I decided to rebuild the aft lower intercostal to increase the aft flange height. This flange will eventually be used to bolt to the tail fin aft spar, so I wanted to make sure I had plenty of edge distance. (Actual I rebuilt the intercostal twice because I changed the attach hole pattern....but once you have the form blocks made, it only takes about 20 minutes to make the intercostal. So I figured I might as well get one I liked.
