Well after a long building break to Hike Philmont with the scouts, do some flying trips with friends, take care of house maintenance issues and generally avoid a 100+ degree garage, I have made a small amount of progress on the Nexus today. I cut out the parts needed to make the tailwheel anchor weldment and built the weld fixture. I also bought new Argon and practiced welding to see if I still remember how. I also fixed the air conditioner. Although it still will not be able to keep up with the hot days we have had for the past month.
*****************Oh and by the way, the 114 degree measurement on Dwg 54 and Illustration 17 appears to be wrong. The correct angle should be 104 degrees**************
