I continued to fit the stub wing skins. Image 1 shows the right wing looking at the top of the stub section and outboard leading edge skins. This skin is clamped on for initial fitting and trimming. This was done on both the left and right wings. Next, the skin was removed and rivet locations marked on the ribs and spar. These locations were then transferred on tracing paper as shown on image 2. The tracing paper was then removed from the substructure and taped to the skin. A center punch was then used to transfer the rivet locations to the skin. Image 3 shows drilling the holds in the skin based on the centerpunch locations.
