Brief Description: Fitting lower skin on replacement left flap
The replacement left flap was next reinstalled on the wing so that the lower skin could be fit. This required installing clecos on the inside of the spar so that it would not interfere with the wing skin when installed. Once installed on the wing, the lower skin could be clamped and drilled. Drilling of this skin is what locks the twist rigging into the flap, so it needs to be pretty close to perfect. The final rigging will be done with the holes are all drilled up from 3/32 to 1/8. This will require that the nose skin be formed and installed.
