Brief Description: Replacement left flap upper skin preparation
The aft flange on the replacement flap upper skin was next drilled, deburred, dimpled and riveted. The drilling was done in situ on the straight/flat board mentioned earlier rather than on my rubber coated workbench. This was to eliminate any warping or curvature that the original flap displayed. Once riveted, the trailing edge appears to be perfectly straight.
