With the upper skin on, I reinstalled the right flap on the wing to check that none of the fit has been messed up yet. Image 1 shows the flap installed and held in trim with string with the bottom skin not yet completed. Image 2 shows the critical interface between the trailing edge of the aileron and the flap. It is key (mainly from an aesthetic point of view) that this interface align in fuselage station. With all still looking good, I moved on to bending the forward skin. Initial bends were made in the break using a .75 dia nose piece and the rocking motion as typical with getting a large diameter bend in sheet metal. Final tweaking to get a good fit on all the ribs was completed by hand pressure over the pipe as shown.
