(Making another entry in the log so Pete will stop giving me a hard time.) Started the left flap upper skin preparation. There is an interesting set of bends that must be made in the upper skin at the trailing edge. The bending results in a built-in rear spar and recess for the overlapping lower skin. Image 1 shows the first two bends along with the joggled recess. I created the joggle in my bead roller trying to use a very steady hand to feed the stock. Image 2 shows completing the trailing edge bend between my hinged board tool after starting the bend in the bending brake. Finally, Image 3 shows the finalized training edge formed. Note, the holes and dimples for the lower skin had to be installed before the final trailing edge bend so that access was available.
