Made the final bend in the aileron trailing edge using the same simple hinged board tool that I used 25 years ago when I built my RV-4 (yes, I kept the tool) Hung the ailerons on the wing and set the twist using the strings added earlier for guidance. A few holes were drilled into the aileron spar to lock things in place. I use #41 drills here because they make the clecos fit a bit tighter. My experience is that the ailerons are very easy to adopt a twist from very small mislocations in the attach holes, even the amount of hole to cleco slop can make a difference.
