Brief Description: Setting alignment tool hinge line
There is a tool needed to hold the hinge line on the aft Hz tail spar during skin fitting. The tool consists of a C channel with hinges installed so that it can ridgidly hold the position of the hinge line on the spar. I aligned the holes using a thread that was guided by a plg with a hole in the center located at each end hinge.
