Pull a part because trottle cabel clamp washers backwards. Thick washer next to bolt head, Thin next to trottle arm or cable will not line up or clamp down properly. Some how i missed this first assembly. :-(
Finished quadrant cover with extra hole so cable slack take up could be adjusted easyer.
UpDate: 9/11/12 - Thick washers need to be next to arm. Replace thin washers with thick ones.
