There have been reports of breakage of the upper engine mount weldment/cup from possible overtightening of the bolts attaching these two together. I wanted to place spacers between the legs of the engine mount cup to prevent this from potentially happening. The four supports were milled parallel to one another and then spacers were cut on the lathe. Finally they were epoxied in place.
