John Spurling noticed some play in the control pedals that are bolted to the control tube. I believe the bolt holes were elongated. I redrilled increasing the bolt size to 1/4 inch vice 3/16. Problem solved.
Final installed the control crosstube by riveting and saftey wiring the aluminum bushings to the airframe.
