Intent is to beef up the vertical trim fin spar. There have been reports of the attach bolts breaking. You can't torque the bolts down or the spar will collapse. I mixed up epoxy resin and fibers to a thick consistency and injected into the bolt holes. Once set up the holes were re-drilled. I can now torque to 10 ft lbs with no damage to the spar.
