Brief Description: Rear Spar Assembly

Enlarged the holes that will be used to attach HS-708. I also clecoed the elevator hinge brackets (HS-412PP and HS-413PP) to the rear spar and ran a #30 drill bit through the holes.

The enlarged holes are on the far left.
