Tackled the tedious task of deburring all my nose ribs this afternoon. Took two hours with my high speed and some blue scotch brite wheels. My hand was numb for a while afterwards!
I then set myself up to start flanging all my nose ribs. If my right arm holds out, I have quite an ambitious goal for myself this weekend. We'll see!
I purchased a 1/4" bit for the forward end of the nose rib flange area. I was concerned about my radius. After doing one experimental rib and then flanging it...I'll stick with what I've got. It'll work fine and last long time.
