Today was a relaxing time in the shop. I had sanded the smaller jigs to the line last night so today the plan was to create the MDF clones to use as backer blocks.
I also modified my 18" Wicks brake by drilling and tapping, at the handle location, for some 1/4x28 bolts to hold the handles securely in place. I also added some wooden handles at the end of those rods.
AND the nice UPS guy dropped off my order for me. 5 sheets of 2024-T3 (2x .025" and 3x .032") should get me the rest of my ribs and all of my spar webs too. Also recived a gallon each of Alumiprep33 and Alodine 1201.
