Put on other main gear. Discovered that the slots in the 1/2" steel and 1/4" aluminum plates that are parts of the mount were not long enough for the bolts to line up with the tubes welded into the fues that hold the gear. Files the slots longer on all 4 pieces until the bolts could go in without bending the bolts. Installed both main gears and then removed one to turn the fues over to fit the nose gear.
The nose gear required a bunch of sanding on the interior of the tube in the fues just to get it in. Got it so it would go in but it does not turn freely yet. Will get it next session.
