Continued fitting up station 3 closeouts. Final trimmed the PVC clouseouts and added a bit on the bottom to completely cover up the opening in the baggage compartment sides. Drilled the holes for the 1/4" Rivetnuts that hold it in place. Used the heat gun and some blocking to reshape a couple of areas that were highly loaded. The PVC softens and relieves the stresses.
Put in four rivenuts into the seat rails to hold the back of the stick covers down. They would vibrate badly without them. Trimmed the edges so the seat will operate properly. It is all in except for the forward side panels. Waiting for some .016 from ACS to remake the aft closeouts so the fuel valve will be accessable for service without removing the floorpan.
Ready to take it all out and put in the nutplates except for the ACS order which includes some Tinnerman nuts that I added in a couple of places to get better holdowns of the interior parts.
