Brief Description:  Rugs, registration, brake fluid

Continued on rugs. Cut passanger area rug and prepared front rugs. Realized I might spill hydraulic fluid on the new rugs if there were an issue with the brakes, decided to fill the brake system.

Got out the old RV-6A filling stuff and filled the -10. And I was right, there was a slight leak at one fitting on the right side that spilled some fluid on the aluminum floor. Tightened it up and checked all the rest, which were Ok. Filled all the system and will let it sit overnight to see if the level in the reservoir goes down at all. Brakes went solid without having to pump them which was a constant problem in filling the -6.

Installed the passanger rug and started on the seat belts. Need to make 12 bushings out of tube, all about .135 thick. Drilled a 3/8" hole in a block of wood about the correct depth for the bushings. Used the bandsaw to cut the tube flush with the block of wood and made bushings. Some need touch up to finish and asjust the thickness, just put them in the hole and file away. Creates square cuts and correct length. Completed cutting all and finishing one.

REceived the bill of sale from Vans in the mail today (not bad, asked for it Thursday, two days) and filled out the forms for registration, Need a Notary for a signature, on MOnday.
