Brief Description: Glue windshield, epoxy edge of windshield
Went thru the three step process with the Sikaflex and glued the front windshield to the airframe. Took a lot of pressure to squish it down to where it should be. Clamped it down and cleaned up the edges. Will have to sand a lot of Sikaflex off the canopy top before putting on the fiberglass that I am using around the windows.
Put the five clips on the front of the windshield. Opened a new bag of LP4-4's and discovered it was CS4-4s. Put the clips on with the csk rivets, no problem.
Mixed up three squirts of epoxy and mixed with flox and black tint until I had a black filler. Put it around the bottom of the windshield and between the clips and the plexi.
