Brief Description: Fill cabin top, vents in console and glue
Put clothes hanger on overhead console. Re-installed overhed vents after building a device to tighten them out of 1/16" steel plate. Still could not get them tight to my satisfaction, it will be impossible to get to the retaining ring after the console is glued in place. Got them tight so they could not be easily moved and then added a .080" selftapping screw that goes thru the top and into the carbon fibre and then in between the retaining ring and the threads on the vent. They are now impossible to get out and sure as hell won't rotatet.
Trimmed all the micro I put in yesterday. Still need some fill to make the whole interior smooth. Glued in the overfhead with flox and put in micro to smooth the edge of the overhead. Used some to fix the fill from yesterday where it was light.
Probably two more micro jobs on the inside of the top.
Set up one door to work on the hinge cover and got some sandable foam board to act as a mould.
