Brief Description:  Sand cabin top, epoxy

Sanded the cabin top and doors with 180 paper to remove almost all of the dry wall mud. Took quite a while and made a mess. It filles the pinholes and weave very completely.

Mixed about 6 oz of epoxy primer. Spread with a squeegee in a thin layer. The dry wall mud soaks it up forming a filler. Hard to do without leaving lines, but got it all covered and reasonably smooth. Had to put it on the door frame with my finger and tried to remove as much as possible.

It took only about 6 oz toatal to completely cover the cabin top, doors and the front window fairing. Will lightly sand tomorrow, patch any places with problems with dry wall and a coat of epoxy. Then spray the cabin top and some of the aluminum and make it all one nice uniform gray color.
