Brief Description:  Cut rear vents, glue in vents, insulation

Made a template for the rear NACA vents from the ones up front. Clamped in place on the inside of the gues. Cut them out with the router and a laminate trimming bit, same one I used to cut the wing skins of my -6A which came with wing and some fues. skins cut to the outside dimension of the part. Vacuumed out the rear fues, this method spreads very fine chips all over, but gives a very clean cut. Can't tell the front from the rear.

Located the vents and put in two 3/32 holes to hold them for glue. Cleaned up the edges, sanded the vents and skin and mixed up my last (I hope) batch of ProSeal in the small Vans supplied size. Glued all four vents in and didn't even get glue on my pants. Cleaned up the vents and skin.
