Since there are four cables thru the firewall, drilled an additional hole in one of the penetrations for the alternate air cable.
Glued all the insulation to the firewall. Made some small pieces to fill in and cover the edges of the recess.
Marked the NACA cutout shape on some 1/2" plywood and cut out. Need to make it out of a larger piece. Will use it to cut out the rear NACA openings for the overhead using a router and laminate trimming bit.
