Brief Description: Front top skin, instrument panel
Completed assembly of formers, etc. Installed on airframe.
Put on a large bunch of nutplates on the instrument panel lower piece. Installed instrument panel and top skin. This needs some precurve, but can be done. Takes filling 100% of the holes with clecos to get the sides to go down completely.
Drilled out all holes on skin. Removed the piece as an assembly and put on bench to install the upper instrument panel angles. The ones made of 1/16" bent angle did not work out well. They went in trash and made one side out of a real angle.
Day off tomorrow to be field manager at glider field.
