Brief Description:  Radio fixed, design TCW trim, misc.

Fixed the radiio. After about 4 hours of troubleshooting, the answer was, as usual, very simple. The ferrite RF block on the transmitter should be on the 3 sheilded cables and not and those plus the power and ground. Took the two wires out of it, and it works just as good as the other radio.

Designed the wiring to add the TCW trim controller. Will mount under the pilots seat since all the trim wiring is on top of the gear mount. Had to add 5 positions to the terminal boards but could not drill and bolt it on. Pup the new board on with some JB Weld on top of the leg mount. Can start wiring tomorrow after adding the limit switch to the flaps.

Adjusted the flap position sensor so it does not overtravel and recalibrated. Put about 9 gallons of fuel back in the left wing, the sender did not leak but the vent is still not under fuel so the test of that fix will have to wait.

Changed my mind on the Endurance electrical bus feed. Now it comes from the main bus with a blocking diode and with a switch to feed it in the endurance mode. The diode introduces a .7V drop and since the E bus is where my voltmeter picks up, the voltage when fllying is always less then the 14.7 that you want to see. I will replace the SPST switch with a DPST that feeds the E bus from the main bus when down and the battery when up. The E bus feed has a fuse where the wire comes off the battery. Ordered switch
