Brief Description:  Lower cowl baffle seal, paper, program

Trimmed the lower cowl baffle seal by the same 3/8" as the upper. Also trimmed the airbox inlet baffle material back some. Now the lower cowl goes on a lot like my -6A, a bit of a pain, but not impossible.

Worked on the cockpit checklist. Marked my -6 up and then did a walkdown of the -10. Got inside and went thru all the procedures and marked up to work in the -10. Changed it in Word. Worked on the POH and weight and balance report.

Sat in the bird and went thru all the setup menu for the aircraft "N" numbers, transponder HEX code, airspeeds, capacities, etc. Now the Skyview is set for this aircraft.

Put 5 gallons in the left tank and set the Skyview to 5 gallons in the tank. Pumped it into its plastic tank while running the count-up timer. The computer said it pumped 5.3 gallons and the flowrate and time to empty agreed with that flowrate. So reduced the flowmenter constant by the correct amount and now it should be close enough to fly with. Later adjustments will be made.
