Brief Description:  Plenum, baffles, top cowl oil door

Sanded the new glass on the inside of the plenum. Cleaned out the rivet holes and enlarged the front mounting holes. Ready to paint.

Worked on the baffles doing the riveting of various things including the two air inlets to the heaters with their screens and the plenum mount brackets on the front. Drilled for nutplates where required and detailed out. The whole mess in the box is ready for final scuffing, priming and paint.

Worked on the oil door in the top cowl. Trimmed so it just clears the frame after sanding the filler on the left side. Riveted the hinge and latch to the door. Where the hinge attaches to the cowl I put in 6/32 stainless screws so it is removeable. It is an issue to paint this when the joint is riveted and you cannot pull the hinge pin. Now I can paint it off the cowling. Completed for now

Tomorrow set up for primer and do it.
