Spent the morning getting my medical. Should be able complete and fly it without another!
Drilled and clecoed hinges on the sides of the baffles for the plenum. With the curve of the plenum, you shrink the baffle hinges and put a kink in the top left hinge. If the bend is too tight so that the horizontall hinge binds, you just cut the curved hinge shorter and offset the next one a tiny bit. The pins in the side work almost as easily as the side cowl. Will not rivet the hinges until after the baffles and plenum are painted.
