Completed fitting left wheelpant to aircraft and added the two layers of glass to the inside of the pant where the bolts got thru. Used fast epoxy.
Fitted the other side to the point where the holes were drilled and did the two layers of glass on the inside.
The other side was set up enough to put it back on and adjust until it was right again. Took a lot of adjustment! Added flox to the interior to provide pads for the inside mount plates. Hope it turned out, the fairing was within 1/8" of perfect allignment, but I though it was previously before the final fitting. This is not the critical one, the leg fairings are the most important. A round object, the gear legs, is the worst aerodynamic shape possible. The pants and fairings are going to be a major project, hope the motor does not show up this week, would be too tempting to go to it. The intersection fairings provided with the kit are not of the quality of the pants. Should have ordered some aftermarket ones.
