Brief Description: Cabin cover fill, door remove hardware, hinge pock
Sanded the interior of the cabin top. Looks like it is good enough for a Zolatone finish. Some additional work at the rear bulkhead will be required. Put top back on fues so I can install the rear windows.
Cleaned foam out of the door hinge pockets. Sanded fill. Removed all the hardware from the doors, sanded and filled the area around the door handles. Cut the fiberglass layup into the door mechanism covers and figured the nutplates to hold them.
Drill and csk. the holes in the door hinges for the 10/32 nutplates. Ordered yesterday.
