Removed the doors from the cabin top. Figured what to do with the door mechanism opening, a piece of removeable fiberglass.
Set cabin top on short table and started working on the interior. With Zolatone it will not have to be perfect, but it is a long way from what it needs to be. Sanded out the area by the front glass and the rear. Drilled a locating hole in the seat belt attachment points and filled the depression around the pads. Filled some voids on the interior of the top.
Think I will glass in the upper part of the cabin top hinges. Indside the bolts are covered by the overhead console. Make the doors removeable by taking out the bolts there. They will remain visable on the inside and outside.
Ordered the Aerosport interior kit for the side walls and vent.
