Brief Description: Mount system hub, Skyview hub, ADHARS
Mounted my system printed circuit board on standoffs and nutplates. Standoffs are JB welded to the bulkhead and 6/32 screws thru them to nutplates.
Mounted ADHARS modules on the plate. Riveted supports to J channels. Nutlplates with the screw on the bottom are used to remove the plate. Installed instrument tubes that connect the 2 modules. Spliced static line at the bulkhead behind the modules with a "T". A line runs down to a solenoid valve (backordered from spruce) that will provide alternate air from a switch on the panel.
AOA and Pitot tubes plug into the module on the left and will be installed with a big service loop so the bottom plate can be removed easily.
Started on Skyview battery mounts, dimmer and wigwag. Discovered that the dimmer pot has a 1/4" shaft and all the holes are drilled 7/16". Grind down the outside of a 1/4" washer to fit inside the hole and back it up with some .020 sheet all glued together with JB weld. That is how you fill a large hole.
