Went to the EAA hanger and used the shear and bender to cut out and bend the glove box, box end, ADHARS mount and brackets. Cut out some Dsub connector mount blanks. Made one and it will work well. Used some thick wood to cut a template of the required cutout for a 9 and 15 pin connector and then used the moto tool with a flush cutting bit to route out the metal. Need harder wood and it will work well. Looked for something on the web and did not find what I wanted.
Spent some time doing wire lables with the labler. Used one cartridge in a very short time. Discovered you can split it and put about another 4' of heat shrink in it. The ink tape is not resueable, however it is a fair amount longer than the supplied heat shrink. Will add more tomorrow and do it again. At $28 each, this could get expensive.
