Ground the filler fiberglass flush with the cabin top gutter. Put cabin back on fues and bolted down. Installed doors and ground down gutter until it had a nice 1/4" gap all around. This involved removing almost all of the original pink glass at the top edge of the door gutter and in some areas around the sides. Probably gap is up to 1/32 more in some areas.
Set up my small router with a carbide straight bit and for a 5/16" wide seal. Tried it out on the bottom edge. Works sort of Ok, can get out of control easlily and remove too much. Ok for the bottoms, but the curved areas will not work well. Need to use a small router like a Dremel. but I don't have one with a router base.
