Brief Description:  Wingtips

Did some additional trimming ot the bad wingtip. Seanded interior and then mixed some flox and gluded trailing edge. Clamped straight.

Cut down other wingtip and fitted to wing. This one is aligned well, looks like it is about the same amount too long, but that is easy to fix. It aligns quite well. Can't drill the nutplate holes until the other wingtip is off, tomorrow if the glue dries. It is being heated by my 1970's portable hair dryer that has provided heat to numerous epoxy curing setups over the years.

The hair dryer is one of two. The other one sets under the RV-6A during the very cold part of winter. It puts heat into the bottom of the cowl. A couple of rags plug the inlets. It will keep the engine up to about 40 - 45 with temps. around 25. Readily available in a lot of junk stores, and a lot cheaper than Aircraft Spruce.
